ETAQ offers members the opportunity to keep up-to-date with syllabus changes and a channel for submitting your thoughts and ideas for the suite of new syllabuses to come online in 2018.
Members receive two quality publications Words'Worth published by ETAQ and English in Australia published by AATE. Each of these publications is produced three times a year. As from the beginning of this year English in Australia which was mailed out to members earlier this month, will also be available online for members in the members only section of ETAQ's website.
Likewise, we have uploaded back issues of Words'Worth for the last few years and will upload additional copies in future. This same area now holds Powerpoints, videos, worksheets and activities from seminars and state conferences. Elsewhere in this newsletter, I have explained the process for accessing the resources in the members' area. If you have a problem accessing these resources, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Membership of ETAQ is for the calendar year, 1 January 31 December with membership fees payable by 31 March each year. New members who join after 31 March will receive back copies of Words'Worth for the year and will have online access to English in Australia.
Members, both corporate and personal enjoy a lower registration cost at ETAQ seminars and conferences. Next year ETAQ celebrates its fiftieth birthday. You will not want to miss these events!
