Nominations for the above executive positions (1 to 5) should be submitted at least 7 days prior to the AGM.

if sufficient nominations for the 12 ordinary committee members are received prior to the AGM, no further nominations will be accepted from the floor. However, if there are still vacancies to be filled, the president may call for nominations from the floor of the meeting.
